Is Somnori only a dream journal?
No. Dreams are an important product and SEO layer, but Somnori also captures night thoughts and ideas, can answer the time and work with voice-set alarms, includes before-sleep audio and practices, and is developing toward personal bedtime and wake protocols.
What platform does Somnori support?
Somnori is Android-first. The current tested application interface is Russian. An English Android interface is planned after the Russian product reaches a sufficiently stable semi-final state. The website does not pretend that an English APK already exists.
Can I use Somnori without touching the phone at night?
The Night Assistant is designed around a voice-driven flow after the phone has been prepared for the night. Android permissions, battery policies and device-specific constraints still exist, so “hands-free” does not mean the phone never needs setup or that every Android device behaves identically.
Can Somnori tell me the time?
Yes. Asking the current time is part of the night assistant logic. The purpose is simple: reduce the need to look at a bright screen just to check the clock.
Can I set an alarm by voice?
Yes. Voice alarm commands are part of the current Android night logic. Alarm reliability is treated as infrastructure and tested on real devices rather than as a decorative demo feature.
Does Somnori have a smart alarm?
Not in the sleep-stage sense. Somnori currently has a voice/night alarm workflow. A future sleep-stage-aware wake feature would require real Health Connect or wearable data and should not be claimed before that integration exists.
Can I record thoughts and ideas that are not dreams?
Yes. A night entry can be a thought, idea, reminder, insight or dream. Somnori is designed to preserve the material first and let you decide what to do with it when you are awake.
What does Somnori do before sleep?
The current product direction includes calming music and nature audio, practices and autosuggestion. The broader goal is a personal bedtime routine rather than a giant generic content library.
Can Somnori run an autosuggestion after the alarm?
That full wake protocol is a planned next product layer, not a current shipped capability. The intended model is alarm → chosen sound → optional suggestion or practice, but the site keeps that roadmap separate from current functions.
Does Somnori interpret dreams with AI?
Deeper Dream Intelligence is planned, but Somnori does not currently market a universal AI symbol dictionary as a finished core feature. The intended direction is cautious, personal and grounded in the user's own history rather than pretending to diagnose the meaning of a dream.
Is Somnori available on iPhone?
Not currently. The product work is Android-first. The site should not imply that an iOS build exists until one is actually being developed and tested.
Can I download Somnori now?
The Android build is still in active real-device testing and public distribution is being prepared. Download buttons will be added when there is a public build that can be supported reliably.
What happens to my recordings and dream data?
The current website is static and does not accept night recordings or dream uploads. Before public Android distribution, Somnori will publish an implementation-specific app privacy policy describing what is stored on-device, what may leave the device, how transcription works, and which export/delete controls actually exist.
